********** contract

Someone opened a ********** account using my details,it was on the the 4th of May 2022 in the morning when I see a debit order from my account going through to Mtn SP, when I phoned them they put me pillar to post. I couldn't get help from their customer service consultant. When I complained via twitter they advised me to go to the nearest mtn with affidavit I did that but still no feedback from mtn ***** department. The thing that makes me very angry today the debited the money again, it shows that our complaints they don't take them seriously.
