********** Contract

Very bad service on mtn ***** department not impressed at all. There was a contract that was opened under my name and i called mtn they advised i need an affidavit and certified id copy i sent this a month ago but no communication at all from them. Are they promoting ***** or trying to resolve such issues. I had to follow-up myself still no help. How do you authorize new contracts with out ensuring if this is legit
