********** contract cant be resolved because i dont have the contract phone

A contract was **********ly created in my name and money was debited on the 26th July. I forwarded the police affidavit and police stamped ID copy to them on the same day and I was given the ***** reference number *** (and customer care ref number ***). It has been 3 weeks and I have heard no response, even after I email 3 or 4 days in a row to follow up. I cannot call MTN because I dont have the cell phone number that was *******ly created in my name and I therefore cannot get past their answering machine system without it (which is pathetic). They say they will send sms's to let me know the outcome but I DONT HAVE THE PHONE TO SEE THEM!....fix this, NOW!
