********** contract cancellation

I’ve logged a query with my apparent cancelled contract with MTN on the 25th of February. To this day I have not received any feedback with regards to my query , I keep calling and sending emails and even sending them DMs on twitter still no help, the first consultant from contracts that I spoke with was Anele and she just dropped my call. Tsholofelo Majafa from retentions asked for my details and went awol , Nonkululeko Malambo forwarded my emails asking for help , to this day the whole of MTN cannot solve my query. I have more than 10 tickets opened , every time I call for feedback the ticket hasn’t been worked : whatever is happening at MTN is beyond us, clearly customer service isn’t what they are willing to offer .
