********** contract applications

I recently did a contract application with Mtn online. I was never given any feedback on the outcome of my application. Then yesterday I received a call from someone who said they were from Mtn and wanted to complete the vetting process but their line kept cutting out. I called Mtn this morning to follow up, just to find out that they had given my number to a third party provider and that I in fact had no application on their system. Now I know I went directly to their website to complete my application and even have their confirmation emails. What this tells me is that they are a legalized ***** company who are not open and transparent about your contract application. Also don't bother calling the call center because after days of calling, nobody gets back to you or answers your emails.
