<p>I recently found out there is a MTN contract listed on my credit report which i was unaware of. I send an affidavit and certified copy of my ID on 31 March already. Have about 5 req numbers. All they say is the line was deactivated and close the calls. It shows on my credit report as open account with monthly installments of 90 400. Up to today almost a month after the requested paperwork was send in NOBODY phoned me back or gave me feedback on the way forward. And i phone about every week and all they do is give another req number. Customer service the worse i have ever dealt back. </p>
