Someone took out 3 contracts without my knowledge at MTN. I logged a dispute and it's still open, what I do not understand if there is a dispute why are you trying to debit my account without my permission. I have never accepted any debit check mandate but you ve managed to get to my account. Can you resolve this matter as soon as possible before it messes with my credit score which I have managed to keep it good for so many years. I am in the process of getting home for my kids, now this happens. This is really frustrating, I can't even afford those contracts but yet you approved them. Am wondering how does your system work. I am really frustrated, I can't even sleep because this really stressful.
