Someone took a contract using my banking details and my Id number what makes me don't understand is not the first time, I realised that on the 4th of May when I received a debit order of R657. 80 from Mtn SP. Wnen I phoned customer care I spoke with the lady by the name of Lelo after explaining the story she's not helping me to resolve the matter she just transferred me to sales department the guy from sales he transferred me to legal department I have never reached them then the phone hangs up.
