A couple of months ago I got a call from a collection agency saying that I took out a contract with MTN and I'm owing them money almost R20000.00 rand. This was news to me as I have never had a contract with Mtn and when I called to ask what was the address that the contract was delivered to, I was told somewhere in Fordsburg and I say in Witbank. I asked for a copy of the voice recording and I'm still waiting.
Today I checked my credit record and I saw that this issue has impacted my credit record negatively. I would like a letter from MTN apologising for the emotional trauma that this has caused me and my family and a letter that I can give to clear my name with the Credit bureau.
Please help me sort this issue out

I will as be seeking legal action against MTN for the financial and emotional stress caused by the lack of assistance.
As I’m unable to buy anything on account because I have a bad credit rating.
