<p>Hi, I have had the unpleasant information that a ********** MTN contract was taken out in my name on 6 May 2016. This contract shows a home address in JHB (127 Constantia BLVD) with employment in KwaZulu-Natal. Please advise how you can approve a contract application with a home address is Gauteng and a job in KwaZulu-Natal?!?!? This is absolutely ridiculous. And now I have to wait 21 working days for you to conduct an investigation to return MY money. I trust that you will treat this with urgency AND provide me with all the documents submitted to you allowing such a contract to be approved. I require these documents to open a formal police investigation as I do not want any other individual to go through such anguish. </p>
