I upgraded my three contracts with MTN on 23 March 2022 with Nomthandazo Nkuna. Two of those contracts are data deals only. She sold it to me for R249 per month for 60 GB data during the day and 60 GB data during the night. When I received my statement it was R259 per month for each of the contracts. I contacted her via phone and e-mail countless times, with no luck. MTN's service is appallingly bad and their conduct is **********.
