********** COMPANY!!!!!

MTN what a disgusting cellphone company someone has opened a contract under my name without my knowledge I have reported it immediately after I received some OTP number and they said I must provide them with my certified copy of ID and an affidavit which I did, they even said fortunately enough the phone it hasn't been delivered to this Nokwazi person and they will put a stop to it but to my surprise April my account was debited with an amount of R735 I called them and they promised to escalate it this month of May my account was debited again with R1352. 00 what in the world is happening with ***** that MTN is doing to make matters worse I don't even have mtn contract I'm using a prepaid. I'm really fed up with this whole thing cause I cannot keep on reversing it reflects bad on my side. MTN need to shape up!!!!!I will never recommend this to anyone I'm telling you.
