********** claim

Hi.
In November 2015 an amount of R7700 was debited from my bank Acc by MTN. I've never had a contract nor app**** for one with MTN. I called to cancel and reverse. In Dec the amount was debited again this time it was R7900 I contacted MTN and they said a case was opened and the ***** Dept will contact me. I emailed all required documents(ID,BankStatement,Affidavit) to [Email Removed] who responded and requested I send a Colour ID copy which I did. This was on 28th Dec. after having got no response I contacted MTN offices again and got [Email Removed] to help me. She said I will be contacted by ***** dept. today 26/01/2016 R8800 was debited from my account by MTN! I'm not sure which steps to take now as my bank & police say I must contact MTN.
1) Credit record is now messed up because account goes into negative balance of Thousands every time they debit.
2) Credit record is going to be affected because of the non payments.
3) What sort of contract can one open so easily with MTN that they don't even verify the details that can amount to 8K monthly???? Unless it's an inside job! Portia Tshabalala's email doesn't work anymore & Keitumetse no longer respond
