********** charges

MTN is the worst company everyday!!!!!!! Iam being charged for their ********** activities on my acc,my contract ended in October and I didn’t continue with it due to their absurd services, November boom I’m charged R479 they said it’s prorate for what they said im a new contract customer or upgrades, no data was sent either, I did not authorise that but getting sms’s daily to pay, I escalated the matter to billing and got a few references ***, *** still no way forward just spoke treven sadataven and he’s not also helping telling me my calls where being transfers the contract department incorrectly.

Why am I being charged when I no longer have contract services with MTN.
