********** cellphone contract upgrade by MTN
MTN upgraded my contract without my permission on the 1st of November 2017 ( from R99 to R740). I have since sent all documentation to their customer care dept and I am being sent from pillar to post. They are now threatening me with warning massages wanting the money that I did not sign up for.

10 Jan 2018, 10:33I just got another sms saying my line will be suspended in two days. This is such trauma and emotional abuse. I would like to think that your systems are integrated or you at least talk to each other. I have been a loyal MTN customer 17 yrs using the same number but they see it fit to abuse me.
