********** cellphone contract

Someone **********ly took up a contact phone with MTN in my name. Not a sinlge document was submitted and no background check was done. The person's date of birth does not even correspond with the one on my ID number. MTN said they will report this as ***** only after the device has been delivered to the ***** star and I have been debited atleast once. Sounds to me like inside job.
