********** Cellphone Contract

A ********** cellphone contact was opened at MTN in Kolonnade on the 09th of January in my name and the sale person who opened this was Gregory Vatlyn. Upon being notified of this on the 25th I went to their branch and was rudely treated by the assistant manager and one consultant Refilwe. The was no lights upon my arrive but the assistant manager laid to me stating that they dont have the physical contract and once approved its giving back to the consumer. After a length argument with the sales consultant Refilwe the granted me the contract but refused to flag the contract as *****. The documents provided clear show that the are ********** based on the font of the ID's the layout of the banks statement and the income that the personal claims to earn doesn't match up with h with his job title. I managed to report this at the Quagga center.
