********** cellphone account

I have been battling for 6months with MTN to get an assistance to remove cellphone ********** account open in my name without my consert without success, this despite that they requested me to do/submit affirdavit statement & copy of id so that they can investigate and write off the account in despute.

My main worries is that since I have submitted all those documents requested they have not revert back to me and i am unable to buy house or open an account as a result of being blacklisted for an account i never open. Every i called their debt recovery they say they have escalated this inquiry to MTN legal department who have fail to respond to me despite countless calls and emails i have send MTN & debt recovery company. I mean if they are saying i have open an account with them, where have they been sending statement of account & which number was allocated to me because I have never open/buy MTN cellphone.

So,Hello Peter! may you please intervene to assist me to resolve this matter as is affecting me emotional and my family.
