********** case that is 4 months old in a stupid company

This is a stupid company that I believe the internal controls are weak as I had a ***** case lodged doe about 4 months ago and to date that still ask me to send the information they already have like my id number and my number that I don't have and have clearly stated that on many emails I sent trying to communicate with them. What ****es me off is that I always have to be the one reaching out when they are the one messing up my credit score.

MTN is a ****ty company that **** people by taking long do resolve ***** cases that even have a trail to show it's **********.

A profile was created under my name and the funny thing is that the gender of a guy who they gave a phone to is captured as female and my other question is that don't they know that an ID number of a female and male are not the same. It's been 4 months and they are just responding only when I communicate. This has messed up my credit profile and caused me to lose out on things because of my bad credit. I have had ridiculous bank charges thanks to their unpaid debit orders.
