Someone has open a contract 17/11/2021 at MTN using my personal details online. I reported this issue at MTN until now is not resolved and the worst the first debit order R419 will go through end of December 2021.. They have requested few documents from my side for their investigation which I did send it. It’s very disturbing to pay for something you don’t have. I have been calling MTN numerous times and I don’t get support. What make things even worse on the 10 December 2021 another new contract was open in store without my permission fortunate that one was cancelled because I received a suspicious sms saying “ New order is open and waiting documents” immediate I went to the store to cancel it. I need assistance to anyone who can help to stop MTN to debit for the device I don’t have it. This is a clearly **********. Unfortunate MTN isn’t taking my case serious and I’m extremely disappointed with their service in this regard. They said I must send the following documents proof of address, copy of certified ID, Affidavit state I didn’t open a contract and three samples of signatures. I don’t know what to do anymore because some of these consultants are very rude/insensitive with don’t care attitude when I called them for assistance.
