I received a call from one of MTN agents who advised me that I was due for an upgrade. The guy was speaking so fast and it sounded as though he didn't want to listen to anything I was saying. I stated clearly that I will not do an upgrade as yet and would like to way my options. I didn't want to take anything through telephone because experience has taught me that I never get the best out of this. A few minutes after the guy cut the call, which I thought he would call back since the conversation wasn't completed, I receive SMSes of an application being processed. I didn't agree to this and I want MTN to take responsibility of their *********** staff. This is not good business practice at all. This is *****
