Hello peterhupston,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We can confirm that your data number ending with 0197 (MTN Broadband) does not have a bill limit set and any usage over and above your 3GB's for usage during the day and 2GB's for usage from midnight will be charged additionally to your account.
We've perused the other 2 numbers on the account and see that the number ending with 1603 is on the MTN Anytime 50 Top Up (No Bill limited needed) and then the number ending with 4375 is on the My MTN Choice 50 which has a usage limit set for R0.00 that would be blocked once you used up your 50 mins.
We have now requested our Billing Department to validate the usage and confirm that there is no duplicates or discrepancies. The reference number for the request logged is REQ:***.
Regards
Tim
