Last month we were confused as to why money left our account so fast.... On Saturday, my husband asked me why MTN is billing us R780.00 for a R280.00 uncapped data contract. We investigated with MTN... we were told that Mira networks has subscribed us to something... How dare MTN take our money when there are no solid contracts / signatures in place? We signed for a R289.00 Contract, not R780.00 - this is theft. If we do not receive a refund today to pay our car from the money you stole from us over two months, totaling to R1000.00, never mind the RD rates we need to pay for, as our debit orders didnt go off. We are going straight to the police to open a ***** case against MTN as well as Mira Networks.
