********** and horrible services from MTN

Since November 2021, MTN has being debiting my account, there is a ********** account open on my name. I went to MTN Richards Bay, KZN, was told that the account was open with rewards call center. I have sent numerous mails since then, opening new ***** cases every month with no results or responses. MTN refuses to help me but continue to debit my account. This is pathetic ********** service from such a big organization
