********** advertising poor communication

I pre-ordered the galaxy note 9 online, as part of the offer I supposed to receive a 24" monitor and welcome pack, I received an email to confirm my pre-order and that someone would contact me, after a week I went in store as nobody had contacted me and confirmed my pre-order in store and confirmed with them that this includes the monitor, they agreed, on the 24th of September to collect my phone I received the phone and they said they would complete the request for the welcome pack as there was a problem with the system, I went back to the store and requested a reference number for the order placed and they said they could not retrieve it but they gave me the welcome pack as they had some in store by that time , thank you, and said when the other one gets delivered I must just. I then inquired about the monitor and they said that only the first 1000 customers get it which was not as advertised I requested proof as to when the date was that the 1000 pre-order limit was reached they said that the rep will be in store today I went into the store and met with the rep and she showed me message that the deal between MTN and Samsung had fallen through and been revoked which was not communicated to anyone. Now I don't care who has to supply it but I want my monitor as advertised, and assured by the store I would get. I have purposely left out the date I pre-ordered as not for MTN to come back and say I just missed it however this should not even be the case as it was not advertised as the first 1000.
