********** advertising of packages

I upgraded my data package from a 20gig day, 20 gig night to a 50gig day 50gig night package(Mtn Home 100gig) Now 2 weeks later I have a completely different package. It is now a 30 gig package(MTN home 30gig), the data I got is split into different sections and although I have 35gig available it shows that I am out of data. This started on the 13th May and after 25 calls to their call center, I still don't have internet or any feedback. I get promised that they will call me back, but no one does. Was promised by a supervisor that she will sort it out and phone me the next day. Still waiting....
