On May 29th I noticed an unusual amount debited by MTN on my Bank account, I went to the MTN shop in Somerset mall and queried it. They told me that there has been an upgrade done on my sh@relink number somewhere in Natal. I was requested to get an affidavit from the police stating that I did not ask for an upgrade. ( The upgrade was supposedly for an iPhone??) I was told that everything would be corrected and that I can continue using my phone and my sh@relink. Since the I have been been back to the shop twice every month, because my account just kept growing and stands now at R6293.37 instead of the usual R 418 per month.I have blocked any debits from MTN at my Bank and will undoubtedly be cut of by the end of today. The reference numbers for my visits at the MTN shop are<br> USD ***, USD ***, USD ***, USD ***. I hope someone at MTN will read this and help me.
