What pathetic service I received regarding the above. On 15 March 2021 I received 2 notifications for my account was upgraded (which I did not authorise) and 2 transfers Me2U done immediatly from my account - AGAIN which I did not authorise. I have been phoning weekly to follow up as this has a HUGE impact on me and pleaded for this to be rectified.

NO FOLLOW UP FROM MTN -

I did not authorise this and this call is closed and now I need to go to the police station to open a case and validate by affidavit - this information I am given more than a MONTH after my call logged with MTN.

Why are you protecting those commiting ***** and not your customers - cant wait to finish my business with you
