In Oct 2015, ***** was committed against my data contracts by converting them to voice packages. I advised mtn of the issue and no feedback or correction was made. Again this happened in 2017 and advised forensics immediately... seems my personal info was leaked and the conversions were done again... NO Feedback/investigation/correction was ever done.... 2 years down the line and I'm still paying for it and what bout the leaked personal info.
