I discovered that someone opened an account with MTN using my personal details. Then I reported to MTN following their guidelines and even got the reference number after logging the case but 3 months later no feedback instead I now get calls from lawyers asking me when am I going to pay MTN. What else do I need to do? Why is MTN not verifying people’s details and making our names bad and difficult to open accounts or buy a house. Please help this is not acceptable. Someone must take the responsibility from MTN. Very angry
