********** activities by MTN on my bank account.

Good day, I am currently experiencing ********** activities on my bank account from MTN service provider. They went to my account and deducted amount of money without my consent. I went to the bank to despute and stop the debit. MTN came in again and dedicated more money . I ended up failing to pay my life insurance policies as MTN went to my account first before my authorized policies deducted. I went to my bank again today they said They cannot reverse it as it deducted more of what I was having in my account. So I should pay penalities of something that I know. I send email to MTN customer complaint platform which they responded that they have closed my complaint they can't help me. I would like hello Peter to assist me Regarding this issue. I am not MTN customer I don't even have MTN numbers or any agreement with them
