February I renewed my contract with MTN. I Specially told this girl I want the contract that comes with 2gig anytime data and 2 gig night surfer data she asked me to add R10 per month for the Contract to be a closed ended contract and I agreed. About the month later I still haven't received the night data when I went to MTN this same girl tells me that she thought that also comes with 2gig night surfer! So now I'm paying more but receiving less than what in supposed to get! Then when my debit order went off for MTN they debited R5000 from my account when I went yo mtn they said that someone opened 2 open ended contracts in my name I had to make a ***** case and those accounts were then blocked but so a week ago I received a message saying that this month 12000 will be going off my account! but they then apparently block the accounts how is this possible and now because I didn't pay the 12000 my account is also suspended but I paid my 180 in store!
