********** accounts upened under my name!!!!
Hallo<br> I find it SHOCKING that I had to call twice regarding this.<br> FOUR!!!! accounts was **********ly opened under my name and blatantly charged to my account. This I found out from your call centre after a 17 minute phone call. I have now waited a week for a refund, only to find out from the call centre that 'they' did not respond to the query and I must send an email to 'them' and should have sent a copy of my ID and an affidavit. WHAT??????!!!! This is MTN's mess!!!!! Why should I have to do the admin.<br> Get back to me TODAY or I will open a case of ***** and go to the news papers<br> Get your act together MTN!! Your report history on this website should tell you how pathetic your service is!
