********** account's opened under my name and has not been resolved since March 2018

***** was done under my account, since March the matter has not been resolved.I've been phoning their call centre since then,I've got so many reference no.''s but still no progress has been.I was supposed to upgrade last month, but because of this case I couldn't,now I want to cancel my contract with MTN ,BUT I can't again because of this case .my contract with MTN Should be ending this coming month(October )but I can't because the matter is still not resolved. I really am angry with them 4 not being able to assist me for so long. I've been their customer ever since I started having phone's! It a shame that they can't assist us as customers and have no idea how. My last 2 last Ref: ********** 421 and ********** 54.
