********** accounts opened and no refund or answer as yet

During December 2 cell phones and an upgrade of 3g card contracts were **********ly taken at MTN and linked to my main account without me ever being involved or signing or agreeing for anything. It is now the 2nd month that I'm being billed for these ********** transactions, I've received a reference number, but every time that I contact the call center person all she can say is that the ***** department are busy investigating the matter while I'm desperately out of pocket. I've requested proof of these deals to which MTN can't supply anything, but yet they still charge me for these deals.
