********** ACCOUNTS AT MTN

In 2018 a ********** account was opened in my husband's name using false documentation. After MONTHS of struggling to correct this, MTN finally contacted us and stated that it has been cleared from his name. TWO YEARS later , after applying for a homeloan we were notified that his credit score is very low due to the unpaid MTN account. His name was never cleared. It is absolutely ridiculous that a false account can be opened so easily without permission and that we have to struggle with this TWO YEARS after it was supposedly cleared.
