********** accounts and now way of reporting it

I received an OTP via SMS for opening a new account with MTN and that if I wasn't opening an account I should report this to 083135. So I phoned this number, but it does not allow you to report anything and it does not lead to an operator. So I emailed their ***** line, which automatically referred me to phone 083135. Then I contacted their whatsapp number, which was also only an automated response system.
