********** account, Second time no thanks to MTN

Second time they allowed an account to be open **********ly on my name even though I am registered with SAFPS of which they are a member of. What are the checks that MTN does when doing their verification process? How did they not pick up that I am a victim of identity theft? What was the extra check done before opening an account using my ID number registeres with SAFPS? Will it take MTN another month to assist and get back to me? And will I be a victim again next year?
