********** ACCOUNT OPENED IN MY NAME
<p>I received a sms from Norlam Attorneys requesting me to make payment on an arrears account. After quering it, I was notified that I had an MTN account in arrears. Ive never had an MTN account in my name. Ive made numerous calls to the MTN ***** department and the MTN call centre - just to be put through to the ***** dept - NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME AND NO ONE EVEN ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE ***** DEPT. Can MTN URGENTLY CONTACT ME ??? The attorneys confirmed that the matter was closed on their side but with no reason why. I need to get this matter sorted as the ITC check I did confirmed Im owing MTN R14 000!!!! Im really irate by MTN's bad service or in fact NO SERVICE. ***** was also comitted by the same person at AVON and they have already sorted the matter!! CAN MTN PHONE ME AS A MATTER OF URGENCY!</p>

My docs were also sent to Claudette Charles on the 11th. I have not had any feedback with regards to receipt of the docs or what the process is further and as mentioned by no means can I reach MTN's ***** dept by phone.
