********** account opened along with automatic debit order which MTN is doing nothing about.

MTN has allowed a ********** account to be opened without my permission or identification verification as well as an automatic debit order from my bank account. I have been in front of an MTN employee 3 times in-store, I have been to the police station to get a declaration as per MTN's request in order to close the account and make note that I did not open a new account. I went back a month later to check and still nothing has been done. The email contact given to me to follow up also bounces back (cc'd in above) Below the two case numbers and dates they were taken up.:

I urge you to please let me know where my case stands 8 months later and with a credit score that has been completely destroyed!!
