********** Account - No Feedback

Someone opened an account on my name, I reported to the MTN, and provided them with all the information they needed (SAPS affidavit and ID copy) this was in January, everytime I call them they give me a new ref number. Now they have handed the ********** account to debt collectors but do not want to provide me with feedback. It has been 6 months now. Really frustrating.
