********** Account MTN

I have received phone calls and messages from MBD, a debt collector company saying I owe on an MTN account. I have not opened any such account and this is definitely *****. This account has my name on the account and my wife’s number is linked to this, which is not great. We did not even know each other in 2018 when this so called account was opened. MTN want me to go out my way to provide documentation when they were at fault for allowing a random to open an account without clear and precise checks.

We do not want this to affect our credit scores in any way so please clear this account and ensure all credit bureaus are notified so this account can be cleared on their side.
