********** Account in my name - REF I-***

<p>Judging from all the reviews on this page there seems to hundreds of ********** accounts opened with MTN. I have had the same opened in December 2016. I only got to know about it when a debit went off my account in February 2017. I immediatelyy reversed the debit and conatcted MTN. After a long struggle eventually sopke to a Charity Mkhwa****e snet her the required Affidavits and police cae numbers. Needed to get a letter from them stating that my identity had been used **********ly nad of course never got it. They promised to have the account closed and that was that. Three months later i find that this MTN account has been handed over and is appearing on my credit profile, seriously negatively impacting on my excellent credit record up till now. Suddenly I cannot get the things done that I want to do. Spoke to a Paletsa Mabiletsa who advise that the matter had been resolved 13.06.2017. It may well have been resolved but this HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM MY PROFILE AT THE CREDIT BUREUAX. Any attemp at communication is ignored by MTN. Please have this immeddaitely removed from my rpofiles as you fu...ing idiots do not realise what the impact has on a persons life. Get your house in order and stop opening fruadulent accounts all over the place. I probably wont even get a response to this.</p>
