********** ACCOUNT IN MY NAME

In January 2015 I had the unfortunate experience of discovering I was black listed, due to an MTN account that was overdue and was in my name. I have NEVER had an account with MTN and so I did not know why or how this had happened. Nevertheless, I went through the onerous task of submitted all relevant docs to TransUnion Credit Bureau to prove that I never opened it and to get the account removed from my name. This was tedious but was successful as I no longer have this on my credit record. However, now I am getting calls from Norton Lambrianos Attorneys with regards to this account as it's been handed over?? I don't understand this. The reference number is Mc070817. I want someone at MTN to send me the signed contract with my signature proving that I opened this account (which they will no be able to do) and to show me how this account has been paid up to now, because I can prove no money was coming from my bank accounts?! Please can someone assist me as this is becoming increasingly frustrating and creating unnecessary stress in my life.
