(**********) Account handed over to attorneys for collection

A ********** MTN contract was opened in my name and I received a call from MTN when they realised that I wasn't paying the account (debit orders not going through). I informed the lady who called me that I was not aware of any MTN contract in my name and she said MTN would not attempt to debt my bank account again and then asked me to send an ID copy and affidavit (stating that I did not open a contract) to ********** I sent the email to MTN on 26 September 2017 and they confirmed receipt, gave me a reference numer and the email was forwarded to the Legal Action Department and later on the ***** department. I recieved my credit record for November and to my surprise, my score has been downgraded because I owe MTN R2160 and my account has been handed over to attorneys for recovery. So, what now MTN?
