Good Day

I have had an unauthorized account opened using my Credentials in one of your stores. There is therefore an unauthorized debit order going off my account monthly, to which i have to reverse every month with my Bank. I have submitted an affidavit to your Cresta Store confirming that i did not open this account and the account has been opened **********ly. I have received REF No *** and Ticket No *** from the store. I have also sent emails requesting urgent feedback and confirmation that this account is closed and that the Debit order will no longer be going off my account. Please urgently have this resolved!!
