I have been receiving a lot of calls from CSS telling me that I owe MTN. I tried to contact mtn ***** enquiry regarding the matter but they never responded. I have been having this problem from 2019, I am told that I have a contract with MTN and I am not indebted to them. I sent them a letter from safps via email but I never got any response from them I fail to get the information from them about the kind of contact that they say I have with them, I even went to the mtn outlet to enquire about it, but I got no information. I wrote to icasa concerning this problem, but I was referred to the Ncc as icasa said the matter is beyond their jurisdiction. Still no information given. I complained to the Ncc and they said that they referred me to the cgcsa. No information given. I don't know how where and who opened the ********** account in my name and I fail to get information from MTN as they are not responding to me but they are giving different companies my number to call me. Now I received a message saying that I must make an immediate payment of R6400, for what? Please help as I am a victim of identity ***** and MTN is not willing to investigate the problem.
