********** account and dissapoint service

I have never revieved such dissapointing a pathetic services from MNT agents.I have an ongoing fradulent case with Mtn , i sent an affidavit and the copy of my Id which i sent to Catherine which she responded back with a ref no.*** and i called Mtn after a month of recieving calls from Shapiro lawyers .I spoke to a very nice guy Lesego from the Legal team who advised me that the account was closed and he is sending an update to Shapiro so i can also get an clearance letter and was begining of May if im not mistaken.Here i am today i get a sms from Shapiro and i am told no update was recieved from Mtn.Today i call Mtn and i get the most rude consultant ever who told me she could not help me i must drop the line and call back so i can possibly get someone to help me and mind you this was after 2 attempts.1st time the call was silent , 2nd time i could hear the agent breathing with no response.I am supper disappointed your service and would like to escalate the *********** agent i spoke too today
