Been trying to get help on a ********** account. I have a debit order going off my account yet I don't have any contracts with MTN, been trying to have this sorted since last year none of my queries have been responded to all the retailers claim that they can't assist with this in store. The one said all they can do is block the mobile number, what's the point of block yet funds are still going off my account? Customer service is dead
