I don't even know what to say. 27 October 2020 my account was debited with an amount of R1172.21. MTN debited my account strangely I don't have an account with MTN. I dont use MTN! I sent them an email enquiring about this issue and they tell me I have an active contract with them that was activated on the 11 of September 2020. So MTN doesn't verify who the give credit to because clearly that person is not me. To be frank I don't like MTN so why would I purchase anything from you? Anyways I reversed my money because it belongs to me and you guys need to find whoever you sold God knows what to pay you and leave me out of it. Now I even have a better reason to never purchase anything from you guys because as far as I am concerned you are *********** because how do you sell something to someone without doing all the necessary checks? Anyways while the case is under investigation please do me a favor and leave my hard earned money alone!! Thank you.
